File Requirements
- Supported formats: CSV (.csv), Excel (.xlsx, .xls)
- Maximum file size: 10MB
- Required columns: First Name, Last Name, Email (or To), Company Name, Cc
- Email and To are interchangeable - if one is present, it's sufficient
- Cc can contain comma-separated or semicolon-separated email addresses
- Company Name must be accurate and non-empty for each record
- First row should contain column headers
- For Excel files, data should be in the first sheet
